Guilherme Candia Donat

Guilherme Candia Donat, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and controls, beginning with an internship at Mundial SA in 2007. Since November 2018, Guilherme has held multiple leadership roles at Braskem America, currently serving as the Industrial Asset Planning & Project Controls Lead, overseeing project controls and capital portfolio planning for the Delta project in LaPorte, TX. Previously, Guilherme worked at Braskem from January 2009 to November 2018 in various engineering positions, including Project Engineer and Construction Engineer, where responsibilities involved managing small to medium-sized capital projects and optimizing project synergies.
