Trey Mendez

Trey Mendez is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and leadership. As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Spectrum from April 2015 to February 2023, Trey developed strategic partnerships to enhance organizational success and supported leadership development through guidance and feedback. Prior roles included Senior HR Generalist at INVISTA, Human Resources Generalist at Christus Spohn Health System, and Human Resource Specialist/Organizational Development Trainer at Nueces County MHMR, where Trey focused on compliance and employee development. Trey began their career in education as a Chemistry and GIS Teacher/Coach at H. M. King High School. Trey holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, both from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
