Timothy Staton-Davis has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Timothy is currently working as a Lead Encounter Designer at Brass Lion Entertainment since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Santa Monica Studio as an Encounter Designer from 2020 to 2022. Timothy also worked at Crystal Dynamics as a Game Designer I from 2019 to 2020, where they designed boss fights and combat encounters for Marvel's Avengers. Timothy gained experience as a Campaign Designer at 343 Industries from 2017 to 2019, where they designed the campaign experience for Halo: Infinite. Before that, they worked as an Associate Designer at Monolith Productions on Shadow of War. Timothy also has experience in game development during their time at Carnegie Mellon University, where they worked on various game projects and took on roles such as Lead Game Designer, Programmer, External Producer, and Game Designer/Producer.
Timothy Staton-Davis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Howard University in 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Entertainment Technology at Carnegie Mellon University from 2014 to 2016.
