Rabbi Yoni Fein

Rabbi Yoni Fein has a varied work experience in the education and programming fields. Rabbi Yoni started their career in 2009 as the Head of Student and Counselor Recruitment for Torah Learning Network. In 2010, they worked as the Administrative Director for SHINE, a program that sends YU students to secular colleges for shabbat programming. Rabbi Yoni also served as the Advisor for Yismichu, an outreach program aimed at inspiring and educating Jewish communities. In the same year, they were the Educational Director for N'Shama Day Camp, where they developed curriculum and taught lessons to children. In 2011, they founded and served as the Executive Director for L'Shana Haba, a one-day symposium preparing high school students for their year(s) in Israel. From 2011 to 2014, Rabbi Fein was the Director of Youth Programming at Riverdale Jewish Center. In 2012, they became the Head Teacher at Moriah Middle School until 2016. Rabbi Yoni then worked as the Blended Learning Coordinator and later the Assistant Principal of Judaic Studies & Jewish Life at The Moriah School until 2017. Currently, Rabbi Fein is the Head of School at Brauser Maimonides Academy.

Rabbi Yoni Fein has an extensive educational background in the field of education and administration. In 2013, they obtained a Master of Science in Education and Administration from the Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education & Administration. In 2016, they pursued a Certification in the Art of Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, specializing in Educational Leadership and Administration. Prior to this, Rabbi Fein completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yeshiva University between 2009 and 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Rabbi Fein obtained certification as a Google Educator from Google in August 2014. Furthermore, they have pursued various leadership-focused certifications. In 2016, they achieved a certification in Leadership: Evolving Vision from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. More recently, in 2021, Rabbi Fein obtained a certification in Strategy Execution from the Harvard Business School.

It is worth noting that between their educational endeavors, Rabbi Fein attended Yeshivat Sha'alvim from 2007 to 2009. However, no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period.
