Vladimir Vialov

Vladimir Vialov has held various positions in the field of data engineering and database administration since 1997. In 1997, they were a Developer/Analyst at LEGG MASON Wood Walker, Inc., where they participated in the development, enhancements, testing, and promotion of Accounts Payable application using PowerBuilder 5.3 and SYBASE RDBMS. Vladimir also delivered LDM and physical design of database. In 1998, they worked as a DBA/Software Analyst at AC Software Inc., TimeWizard™, where they were involved in all phases of PDLC for TimeWizard™ C/S applications using PowerBuilder for the front-end and Oracle 8.x/MS SQL Server 6.5/Sybase 11. From 2000 to 2016, they worked at Press Ganey/MHA as a Database Manager/Senior DBA/Senior PL/SQL Developer, where they were responsible for continuous SDLC of the clinical data warehouse and tracking OLTP, and participated in collaborative implementation of enterprise repository solutions for Healthcare Management. Vladimir also contributed to design and development of the data warehouse. Since 2021, they have been working as a Data Engineer/DBA at Bravado Health, where they maintain and administers PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, and participates in collaborative implementation of enterprise repository solutions for healthcare management. Vladimir also converts to new repository design, including documentation, data migration, data modeling, procedures, and functions.

Vladimir Vialov completed a Master of Science (M.S.) Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Moscow State Industrial University (MSIU) between 1977 and 1983. Vladimir also attended ORACLE Corporation in 2001 and 2002, but did not receive a degree. Additionally, they attended ISDM Computer Institute, but did not receive a degree.
