Don Lewis

Founding Executive Sales/Growth Leader at Brave Health

Don Lewis has worked in the healthcare industry for over 35 years. Don started their career in 1985 as the National Sales Director for International Container Systems, Inc. In 1990, they became the Eastern Region Manager for Universal Hospital Services. From 1996 to 2002, they worked as the Senior Director of Chronic and Catastrophic Care for PMSI. During this time, they were responsible for building and managing a durable medical equipment and specialty services network. From 2002 to 2006, they were the Vice President of Major Accounts for Health Integrated. Here, they developed relationships with national and regional payors. From 2006 to 2019, they were the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Development for Catasys. In this role, they were responsible for marketing specialized behavioral health management services to commercial health plans, employers, and organized labor. Since 2019, they have been the Chief Growth Officer for Brave Health. In this role, they work with Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Commercial Health Plans and MBHO's to improve their reach and provide better more timely access to much-needed quality Behavioral Healthcare.

Don Lewis completed their high school education at Christopher Columbus High School in 1980, earning their High School Diploma with a College Prep focus. Don then attended Columbia College at Columbia University from 1980 to 1984, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. In 2005, they attended the National Labor College, completing the Labor Certification Program.
