Kenneth M. has worked in the field of coaching and employee assistance programs for over 12 years. In 2020, they began working as the Coach Development Lead for Bravely, where they provide mentoring to coaches and conducts onboarding sessions. Kenneth also works as a Bravely Coach, connecting people to on-demand confidential coaching. In 2019, they took on the role of Executive Coach for BetterUp. From 2017 to 2019, Kenneth was the Owner and Life Coach of Chance in Time Coaching, LLC. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as an EAP Consultant and Life Coach for BayCare Health System. From 2011 to 2012, they were an EAP Consultant for Ceridian LifeWorks Canada. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Military OneSource EAP Consultant for Ceridian LifeWorks.

Kenneth M. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University, a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Hood College, and an Erikson Certified Professional Coach from Erickson Coaching International. Kenneth also holds a Master Practitioner Certificate from the iNLP Center (2019) and the NLP Comprehensive (1997), a Certified Trauma Informed Coach from Moving The Human Spirit (2022), a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation (2022), an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation (2021), a Board Certified Coach (BCC) from the Center For Credentialing & Education, and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) from the Employee Assistance Professionals Association.
