Bradford Wilkins is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Partner and Chief People Officer at BRAVEN, Bradford is instrumental in developing a next-generation Talent Platform at a Venture Capital firm focused on innovation in regulated sectors. Prior to this role, Bradford held senior positions such as Chief People Officer at Loadsmart, Vice President of People at Collibra, and Chief People Officer at Altisource, where strategic transformation of HR functions was achieved. Bradford is also a Guest Lecturer and Advisory Council Member at the University of Maryland's Masters in Management program.
