Bartlomiej Nowakowski

Bartlomiej Nowakowski is an accomplished sales and export manager with over 14 years of experience in international sales, negotiation, and logistics. Currently serving as Export Sales Manager at Bravilor Bonamat since January 2018, Bartlomiej oversees commercial operations across 12 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, Turkey, and the Caucasus, while also leading OEM projects in a Polish manufacturing plant. Previously, as International Sales Manager at AVIONAUT from September 2009 to December 2017, Bartlomiej managed international sales for over 100 customers in 30 countries, initiated marketing strategies, and coordinated several international exhibitions. Earlier experience includes a sales specialist role at Skoda Auto Polska S.A. with notable achievements in sales performance. Bartlomiej holds a Master's degree in Logistics and a Bachelor's degree in Law & Administration from Akademia Polonijna w Częstochowie.
