Shilia Goward-Eaton

Shilia Goward-Eaton currently serves as a Client Engagement Specialist and Technical Recruiter at BravoTECH since September 2021, following a brief tenure as a Client Engagement Representative in April 2020. BravoTECH is recognized as a leading IT and technical staffing firm in the United States. Prior to this, Shilia held roles including Appointment Setter at Yael Productions Inc, Account Manager at Staff Force Personnel Services, and Strategic Account Manager at Anserteam Workforce Solutions. Shilia’s extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Exact Staff, where responsibilities included serving as National Trainer and Communications Manager from April 2005 to December 2017.
