Julia L.

Julia L. has a wide range of experience in HR and People Operations. Julia is currently the Global Head of People Operations at Bravura Solutions, where they are responsible for all HR systems, leading the HR solutions team, and driving the HR tech roadmap.

Before that, Julia worked at Foxtel as the Head of HR Operations/Head of HR Operations-Project Delivery, overseeing project delivery within the HR department. Julia also served as the People & Culture Support Team Manager, managing the support team.

Prior to Foxtel, Julia worked at UBS, first as an HR Project Manager/HR Operations, and later as the APAC Transition Manager for HR Transformation in Singapore. Julia then became the Head of HR Advisory Services Centre for Australia and New Zealand. Other roles at UBS included HR Project Officer for offshoring and outsourcing initiatives, HR Client Relationship Manager, and HR Administrator in the Advisory & Services Centre.

Throughout their career, Julia has consistently demonstrated their expertise in HR operations, project management, and employee support.

Julia L. has a Bachelor's Degree from Macquarie University and also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the same institution.
