Nicci Leech

Nicci Leech has extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Nicci currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition - Global at Bravura Solutions since July 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the HR Business Partner & Global TA Lead at the same company from July 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Bravura Solutions, Nicci worked as an HR Consultant & Global TA Lead at the company from March 2020 to July 2022. Nicci also served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in the APAC region at Bravura Solutions from August 2018 to March 2020. Prior to their roles at Bravura Solutions, Nicci worked as a Recruitment Coordinator in the APAC region at the company from July 2016 to August 2018. Before joining Bravura Solutions, they worked as a Sales Coordinator on a contract basis at Aon from August 2015 to July 2016. Nicci also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Accounting Support at Lawson Elliott Recruitment from September 2014 to August 2015, and as a Recruitment Consultant in Professional Services Accounting at Personnel Concept Group from October 2013 to September 2014.

Nicci Leech obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management from Southern Cross University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and received a High School Certificate from Sunshine Coast Grammar School from 1996 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Nicci has also obtained certifications such as Introduction to Human-Centered Design from Acumen Academy, HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn, and Recruitment and Workplace Relations from Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
