James Herridge-Leng

James Herridge-Leng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and account management, currently serving as the Global Head of CPG and Retail at Braze since February 2019. In this role, James leads the go-to-market strategy for the Retail and CPG sectors while previously excelling as Director for Northern Europe and Strategic Account Executive for global clients, achieving significant performance milestones. In addition to a robust career at Braze, James holds the position of Parish Councillor for the Watlington Parish Council, elected for a four-year term starting in May 2023. Prior roles include Director of Key Accounts at Bazaarvoice and Sales Director at Rokt, with foundational experiences at Salesforce, Experian Asia Pacific, Apple, and Microsoft. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship in IT, Technology & Business from the University of Surrey.
