Kristin Tarczynski

Kristin Tarczynski is a highly experienced HR professional currently serving as Senior Director of Global People Relations at Braze since June 2019, where Kristin oversees a global team of 14 HR Business Partners across various functions. Prior to this role, Kristin held multiple positions at Meetup, including Senior Manager of People Relations and developed the employee onboarding process while working within a three-person People Partners team for a company of approximately 200 employees. Kristin's earlier experience includes roles at Percolate Inc. and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., where Kristin showcased a diverse skill set in HR and administration. Kristin holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Musical Theatre and English Language and Literature from The Hartt School at The University of Hartford.
