Rachel Waitt

Rachel Waitt serves as the Senior Operations Lead for Social Impact at Braze since October 2019, where responsibilities include the development and execution of Social Impact initiatives related to CSR, DEI, and Sustainability. Prior experience at Bazaarvoice spans multiple roles, including Senior Program Manager for Business Operations and Global Marketing, as well as recruiting-focused positions that improved the University Recruiting Program and enhanced candidate experiences across North America and EMEA. Rachel's career began with a recruiting internship at WP Engine, where contributions included planning the company’s first Engineering Internship Program and supporting various recruiting initiatives. Rachel is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at NYU, building on a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
