Winnie Drew

Winnie Drew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and human resources. Currently serving as the Lead Customer & Partner Trainer at Braze since April 2022, Winnie previously held key positions at dotdigital from October 2014 to March 2022, including Training Team Manager, Training Team Lead, Senior Trainer, and HR Advisor. In these roles, Winnie led a global training team, designed and delivered tailored training for enterprise clients, and managed various HR projects. Prior work includes providing support for dairy farmers at Fonterra and training geologists at Seequent. Winnie holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from DPG PLC, a Postgraduate Diploma in Earth Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science Degree with a double major in Earth and Biological Sciences from The University of Waikato.
