Currently serving as Recovery Manager for Brazoria County since July 2020, Charlie has previously held positions such as Department Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and Finance Manager at Automotive. Significant contributions include directing operations as Executive Director for LifeHouse of Houston, Inc., overseeing programming for residential maternity homes, and leading community relations efforts as Executive Director for the American Red Cross across multiple counties.
