Valerie Schneider

Valerie Schneider is an experienced marketing professional with a background in the senior living and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Marketing Coordinator at both The Hallmark Senior Living and Brazos Presbyterian Homes since October 2016, Valerie previously held the role of Dietary Manager at Brazos Presbyterian Homes Inc. from February 2013 to October 2016. Valarie’s experience includes working as a Diet Tech at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System and various positions in the food service industry, including General Manager at Shasta's Culinary Workshop and Associate at Potbelly Sandwich Works. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods from the University of Houston, where studies were completed between 2008 and 2011, following attendance at Baylor University from 2006 to 2008.
