Gwendolyn Copeland

Gwendolyn Copeland has extensive experience in healthcare and administrative roles. Currently serving as an ESL/HSE Testing Facilitator at Brazosport College since October 2022, Gwendolyn also holds a long-standing position at Brazosport Regional Health System, beginning in October 2013, where roles include CWS Line Lead and Central Wide Scheduler. Responsibilities include obtaining schedule reservations, managing demographic and financial information for patient pre-registration, and conducting insurance verifications. Gwendolyn's experience also includes working as a Patient Access Services Representative and as an Office Manager for LeQ Medical Marketing from 2008 to 2013, overseeing shipping and logistics, customer service, inventory control, and bookkeeping. Prior experience includes serving as a Classified Inside Sales Representative at The Facts Newspaper from 2003 to 2008, where responsibilities encompassed customer service and sales in a dynamic environment. Gwendolyn holds an Associate's degree in Administrative Secretarial from Central Texas College and a high school diploma from Ellison High School.
