Raymond Cen

Raymond Cen, PhD, is an accomplished technical sales manager at BRB International BV, with a focus on product development in the Personal Care and Home Care sectors since April 2019. Prior to this role, Raymond served as R&D Manager at L Brands, where expertise in industrial leadership and innovation in the Home Fragrance and Personal Care industries was demonstrated, along with being a prolific inventor with four patents and recipient of the Nova Award in 2015. Earlier, Raymond was a Senior Principal Scientist at Huntsman, leading R&D efforts for Personal Care and H I&I portfolios and managing strategic alliances with major industry players. Raymond holds advanced degrees in Chemistry from Harvard University and the University of Notre Dame.
