Athénaïs Boeffard is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Director of Production at Bread Alone Bakery since September 2021. Prior to this role, Athénaïs held various positions at Couturier North America, including Quality, Operation and EHS Manager and Quality Manager, overseeing the Food Safety and Quality Management System for goat cheese manufacturing at Hudson Valley Creamery, the US plant of Eurial. Athénaïs also contributed to the development and implementation of quality management systems and food safety protocols at Eurial and Lactalis Nestle. Athénaïs holds a Master of Science in Process Engineering with a specialization in Food Science & Technology from IMT Mines Albi and has also studied at Mississippi State University.
