Kristina Rodriguez Hendricks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in industry partnerships and business development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Industry Partnerships and Business Development at Break Through Tech and Cornell Tech, Kristina is also a Co-Founder and Partner at OrgVitals. Prior roles include Global Sales Director at Techstars, Head of Business Development at Hello Alfred, and Director of Global Sales Operations at Outbrain. Alongside professional endeavors, Kristina has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor in International Business at LIM College. Kristina holds multiple Master of Science degrees in Management with a focus on Global Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W.
