Mark Hammons

Mark Hammons has a long and varied career in the education and technology sectors. Mark began their career in 1996 as a Percussion Arranger/Instructor for the Clovis Unified School District. In 2001, they took on the role of Consultant for Accenture. In 2004, they joined the Fresno County Office of Education as an Educational Technology Coordinator, where they became the first Google Certified Teacher and practicing Apple Distinguished Educator in the area. In 2015, they moved to EdTechTeam as Director of Innovation, and in 2017 they co-founded and became COO of Breakout EDU.

Mark Hammons attended Fresno Pacific University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Master's Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology. Prior to that, they attended California State University, Fresno from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems.
