Sophia Collins

Sophia Collins has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sophia started their career as a Recruiter & Event Manager at Gosh Promo UK in 2016 and worked there until 2019. Sophia then moved on to BAM Agency, where they served as a Senior Event Manager from 2019 to 2020. After that, Sophia joined Enthuse as an Account Executive, where they worked from 2020 to 2021, focusing on donation, event registration, and fundraising data and technology. Following Enthuse, Sophia worked at Hired as an Account Executive, Global Diversity Lead, and later as an Enterprise Account Executive from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Business Development at Breakroom, starting in September 2023.

Sophia Collins holds a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, where they studied Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting. Sophia also earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biomedical Science with a first-class distinction from Nottingham Trent University.
