Tom Taylor

Tom Taylor is a seasoned technology and product development leader, serving as Co-founder and CPTO of Breakroom since February 2020 with a focus on enhancing job quality. Previously, Tom co-founded Better Work Lab and held the position of Head of Labs at Bulb, where product development aimed at energy savings and carbon reduction was spearheaded. Tom's experience also includes serving as Chief Product Engineer at Co-op Digital, leading technology at MOO, and co-founding Newspaper Club, noted for its innovation in print-on-demand services. Additional roles at Really Interesting Group, Headshift, and BBC Technology highlight expertise in design, technology research, and engineering. Tom holds a MEng in Systems Engineering from Loughborough University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
