Trudi Veldman

Trudi Veldman serves as the Executive Director of Biologics Discovery and Head of Neglected Diseases R&D at AbbVie, a role held since May 2003, with prior positions including Executive Director of Biologics and Senior Director of the Biologics Generation Group. Trudi Veldman is also a Board Member at Breakthrough Greater Boston since June 2014 and has a history of board membership at The Greater Boston Food Bank from 1992 to September 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Director of the Antibody Technology Group at Genetics Institute/Wyeth from 1982 to 2003. Trudi Veldman earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam between 1976 and 1982.
