Sam Aucello

Sam Aucello is an experienced professional in the fields of agricultural management and wellness production. Currently serving as the Trim Department Manager at Breakwater Treatment & Wellness since May 2019, Sam oversees staff hiring, budget operations, and process improvements to maintain production standards. Previously, Sam worked as a Trimmer, focusing on high-quality plant production. Sam’s earlier experience includes a role in Seasonal Agricultural Maintenance at Rutgers University, where responsibilities included caring for turfgrasses and operating specialized machinery. Additionally, Sam briefly interned at the Arts Council of Princeton in marketing and graphic design. Sam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Illustration from Moore College of Art and Design.
