David Da Costa has a diverse work experience in the IT and banking sectors. David is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at BRED Bank Cambodia. David Da Costa obtained their Masters of Science degree in Industrial Computer Science and Electronics from Polytech Paris-Saclay in the years 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they participated in a student exchange program at Polytechnique Montréal where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from 2001 to 2002.
