Gerard N. Saggese III

Gerard ("Rod") N. Saggese III is a partner at Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan LLC, where expertise includes commercial litigation, civil litigation, and intellectual property litigation since July 2004. In this role, Saggese represents clients from various industries in a wide range of litigation matters before state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative bodies. Prior experience includes serving as an associate in the commercial litigation department at Enwistle & Cappucci LLP from December 2002 to July 2004, and in the intellectual property group of the litigation department at White & Case LLP from September 1999 to December 2002. Saggese earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law in 1999 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, cum laude, in History from Gettysburg College in 1996.
