Barry Hewitt

Barry Hewitt has extensive experience in the construction materials industry, currently serving as the District 8 Production Manager at Hope Construction Materials since January 2013. In this role, Barry oversees the production of ready-mix concrete and health and safety regulations in Norfolk, while also contributing to the Abity2sustain Forum, focusing on the biodiversity impact of company activities. Prior to this, Barry worked at Lafarge from May 1991 to December 2012, where responsibilities included managing ready-mix concrete production and ensuring safety across various plants in Norfolk. Barry’s foundational education was completed at North Walsham High School, spanning from 1965 to 1973.
