Daan Alkemade

Daan Alkemade is the Co-Founder and Head of Matchmaking and Data at Breeze.social, an online dating app that focuses on setting up real-life dates. Prior to this role, Daan worked as a Strategy Consultant, Project Manager, and Director at De Kleine Consultant, provided strategic advice to small and medium-sized enterprises. Daan also served as a Data Science & Strategy Intern at BLOOM and a Robotic QA Intern at Adyen. In addition, Daan has experience as a Student Mentor at TU Delft and held roles in various committees at K.S.V. Sanctus Virgilius and Gezelschap Leeghwater. Daan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Pre-master in Computer Science, and a Master of Philosophy with a specialisation in Natural Language Processing from University of Cambridge.
