Michelle Pasquale

Michelle Pasquale has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Manager of Inflight Services Policies and Procedures at Breeze Airways since October 2020. In this role, Michelle interfaces with various company departments to establish comprehensive inflight policies and ensure regulatory compliance with FAA, DOT, TSA, and OSHA standards. As a founding team member of Breeze Airways, Michelle participated in the company's FAA initial certification events. Prior to this role, Michelle was a Flight Attendant at SkyWest Airlines from January 2010 to October 2020, accumulating approximately 9,000 hours of domestic flying while maintaining a high standard of service across four major airline partners. Michelle's career began in the beauty industry as a Makeup Specialist at SEPHORA, and Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2004 to 2008.
