Susan Huang, M.S., CEO

Susan Huang, M.S., has extensive work experience in business development, contract management, and regulatory permitting. Susan began their career in 1986 as a Research Assistant at Arizona State University, conducting EPA Contaminant Removal Studies. In 1988, they moved to City College of CUNY as a Research Assistant, conducting Bench Scale Testing. In 1999, they joined Stone & Webster Engineering Corp as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for business development, contract management, and regulatory permitting. In 2000, they were promoted to Vice President of Business Development and Administration at BCC Engineering Inc. In 2001, they moved to Primatech Engineers & Consultants as a Senior Associate in Business Development and Management. In 2004, they joined Black & Veatch as an Engineering Manager in Marketing, Contract Review, and Management. In 2008, they accepted a Principal Engineer role at City of Glendale Water Services Dept, where they were responsible for Program Optimization and Management. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer at Breezing Co.

Susan Huang, M.S., CEO holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Civil Engineering from City College of the City University of New York, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991. Susan also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from China University of Geosciences, which they obtained from 1980 to 1984. In addition, they hold a Professional Engineer certification from the Arizona Board of Professional Regulations.
