Nicole Jiminez has over a decade of experience in customer care and operations management. Currently serving as a Materials Specialist at Oncor Electric Delivery since June 2017, Nicole is responsible for overseeing materials management processes. Concurrently, as Customer Care Manager at Breg since July 2010, Nicole evaluates and trains customer care agents, processes high-profile orders, and maintains communication with various internal departments to improve quality. Previous experience includes a supervisory role at Staples Promotional Products, where Nicole managed a call center and handled various logistical tasks.
