Nandini Hampole

Nandini Hampole joined Bregal in February 2021 as Vice President of ESG & Responsible Investment. She has spent over 10 years in designing and implementing a variety of social and environmental programs across manufacturing, technology, consumer products and financial services sectors. Prior to Bregal, she worked at BSR, a business membership organization in integrating ESG considerations and climate risk management into companies' business strategies, asset classes, and products and services. Also, during her time at BSR, Nandini was seconded to KKR to support their Responsible Investment Program implementation.

Nandini has a M.A. in International Affairs from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po, Paris).
