Maxime Geraudie

Maxime Geraudie is an Investment Director at Bregal Sphere since July 2024. Prior to this role, Maxime served as Principal at Investcorp from September 2018 to June 2024, also holding positions as Vice President and Associate within the Private Equity division. Maxime began a career in finance at Canaccord Genuity LLC, progressing from Intern to Analyst and then Associate in M&A from July 2015 to July 2018. Earlier experience includes internships at European Capital and CM-CIC Corporate Advisory. Maxime obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics & Economics from Université Côte d'Azur. Educational background includes a Baccalauréat Scientifique from Lycée Michelet.
