Joshua began their career as a Video & Event Intern at Brella Productions in 2009 and gradually climbed the ladder, taking on various roles such as Presentation Specialist, Associate Event Producer, and Senior Presentation & Design Specialist. During their time at Brella Productions, Joshua also worked as a Video Producer, where they were responsible for overseeing video projects and ensuring their successful completion.

In 2015, Joshua became the Director of Photography at Brella Productions, where they played a crucial role in leading the pre-production and production of multiple projects. Their responsibilities included analyzing locations, determining lighting criteria, selecting cameras, and executing creative cinematography to align with project briefs. Joshua worked closely with the Director to define cinematography requirements and ensure they fit within the project's scope and concept. Joshua also performed tasks like creating storyboards, reviewing shot lists, directing camera setups, and ensuring proper backup and delivery of media to post-production.

Furthermore, Joshua served as the Creative Director at editZING! from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Stage Manager and Audio Engineer at Pick-Staiger Concert Hall from 2006 to 2010. Joshua's early work experience includes roles such as Production & Post-Production Assistant at SynaVista from 2005 to 2007 and Audio & Lighting Engineer, Camera Operator at CFC from 2002 to 2006.
