Theresa Mallen has been with Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara’s Los Angeles office since 2020. Her primary focus is construction defect litigation, representing developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect litigation matters. Ms. Mallen’s expertise includes matters under Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP), better known as wrap-up policies and Pre-litigation claims under California Civil Code, Section 896, et seq.
