Kaitlynn Steele

Kaitlynn Steele, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in office management and human resources, currently serving as Office Manager at Brennan Companies since December 2014. Responsibilities include managing five commercial properties and functioning as Human Resources Manager since 2020, alongside acting as the technology liaison to develop and implement new systems. Previously, Kaitlynn worked as a Customer Specialist at Verizon Wireless, providing technology support, and held various roles at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where responsibilities included managing a budget, developing academic programs, and advising students. Kaitlynn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource and General Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
