Chris Massey

Chris Massey is a Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for identifying and underwriting industrial property investments throughout the mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States. Mr. Massey has approximately 25 years of experience and over $4 billion of commercial real estate underwriting, acquisition and asset management across the United States and Canada.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting approximately $250 million primarily of office and industrial assets at Magnolia Partners. Previously, he was Managing Director of Gladstone Commercial Corporation where he acquired over $180 million of single-tenant office and industrial assets encompassing 1.9 million square feet throughout the eastern half of the United States and Canada. Earlier, he asset-managed a $400 million, 3.3 million square foot portfolio for Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel. He started his real estate career at J.E. Robert Companies acquiring and managing workouts of non-performing loans and REO assets. Mr. Massey earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech and is active in the local community through his support of several charitable and social endeavors.
