Roger Severino

Roger Severino serves as an Associate Pastor at Grace Community Church of Nashville and has been the Pastor at Brentwood Baptist Church since January 2004. In this role, Roger Severino oversees various aspects of leadership development, including the Ministry Residency program, internships, lay training, and men's leadership, while also focusing on creating a leadership pipeline to identify, equip, and deploy new leaders. Roger Severino earned a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) from Beeson Divinity School between 2013 and 2016, and holds a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Trinity International University (1991-1994). Roger Severino completed undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University from 1983 to 1987.
