Samantha Mitchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resource management within military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor at Journey Christian Church since April 2018, Samantha has previously held significant roles such as Senior Enlisted Leader at the Virginia Air National Guard and Human Resource Advisor at the Air National Guard VA. With a strong background in training, development, and diversity initiatives, Samantha has successfully managed programs impacting thousands of personnel.
