Jay Watson

Jay Watson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in October 2012, they worked as the Head JV Basketball Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Idaho Falls Senior High School. In February 2013, they transitioned to become an Outside Sales Representative at The Hershey Company. From March 2014 to February 2015, they served as the Campaign/Team Lead Manager at NCO SOLUTIONS, LLC. Moving forward, Jay then worked as the Group Service Manager at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort from April 2015 to January 2020. Following that, they briefly served as the Assistant Head Groundskeeper at Birmingham Barons in early 2020. In June 2020, they became the Studio Manager at Mason Music until March 2021. In May 2021, Jay joined The Sales Rebellion as a Content Curator until January 2022. Additionally, they worked as the Business Development Manager at Protouch Staffing from December 2021 to August 2022. Most recently, starting in January 2021, Jay assumed the role of Director of Events/Sales Manager at Craft & Compel: Strategic Storytelling Training/Crafted Events. Furthermore, they are currently employed as a Recruiter at Bresatech, beginning in August 2022.

Jay Watson attended Pratt Community College from 2007 to 2008, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at Missouri Southern State University from 2008 to 2012, still specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
