Michael Dombrowski

Michael Dombrowski serves as the Director of Engineering and Project Management at Bretford since 2014, overseeing New Product Development and Sustaining Engineering. Key achievements include the launch of transformative product lines and the inaugural SaaS product. Michael is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and manages all Project Management activities, leading cross-functional teams both domestically and offshore. Additional roles at Bretford include Regulatory and Compliance Manager and Engineering Services Manager, focusing on strategy, budget management, and resource optimization. Previous experience includes key engineering and management roles at Wicab, Inc., Epic, and Emerson Network Power, as well as an international assignment as an Engineering Consultant in the Philippines. Michael holds an MBA in Strategic Management and two degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
