Alissa Banks

Alissa Banks currently serves as a Senior Commercial Underwriter at Brethren Mutual Insurance Company since May 2023. Previously, Alissa held the position of Lead Underwriter at MMG Insurance from October 2020 to May 2023 and worked as a Small Business Commercial Lines Underwriter at Penn National Insurance from December 2014 to October 2020, where Alissa also gained experience as a Claims Representative II. Earlier roles include Claims Specialist I at Nationwide Insurance from October 2012 to December 2014 and Patient Account Representative at Select Medical from August 2009 to October 2012. Alissa completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Sociology at Mount St. Mary's University from 2005 to 2009, following a high school education at Trinity High School from 2001 to 2005.
