Karina Menezes Trindade

Karina Menezes Trindade is an experienced professional in Human Development, currently serving as a Senior DHO Analyst at Breton since September 2020, focusing on leadership development, coaching sessions, management strategies, and technical and behavioral training. Previously, Karina worked as a Training Analyst at Grupo Verzani & Sandrini from September 2018 to September 2020, where the emphasis was on developing leaders and enhancing organizational culture through training and coaching. Karina also held the position of Operational Manager at Itaú Personnalité from March 2010 to December 2017, overseeing operational team management and strategic planning. Earlier experience includes serving as a Central Attendance Supervisor at Socicam Administração Projetos e Representações Ltda. from February 2002 to May 2009, managing a team and providing services to SPTrans.
