Jenna Baiamonte

Jenna Baiamonte is an Apprentice Ambassador Keeper and Education Specialist at Brevard Zoo since March 2023, responsible for training new Lagoon Quest program interns. Prior roles at Brevard Zoo include being the Lagoon Quest program lead, where Jenna trained in animal handling with reptiles and educated various age groups in environmental and STEM programs. During the Lagoon Quest internship, Jenna educated groups of 20-60 students, assisted in field collection in the Indian River Lagoon, conducted species identification, and updated water quality data. Earlier experience includes working as a Retail Cashier at Bed Bath & Beyond, where Jenna facilitated a high-volume checkout and provided exceptional customer service. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from St. John's University, earned between September 2019 and January 2023.
