Brandon Miles

Brandon Miles is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational growth. Currently serving as Principal Recruiting Lead at Brex since November 2018, Brandon has played a pivotal role in establishing the company's second headquarters in New York and has spearheaded efforts to scale the workforce from 50 to over 450 employees by the end of 2020. Prior to Brex, Brandon held various recruiting positions at Tesla from September 2015 to November 2018, focusing on technical operations, operations, and sales. Brandon's career began at AppleOne Employment Services, where Brandon worked as an Account Executive and Staffing Consultant. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications from Bemidji State University.
