Ana Beatriz Mendonça Gonçalves

Ana Beatriz Mendonça Gonçalves is a seasoned talent management professional with over a decade of experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently a Talent Lead at BRF since April 2013, Ana specializes in performance cycles, culture and engagement, leadership development, and succession planning, while also overseeing internal communication for the external market. Ana's progressive roles at BRF have included positions such as Global Talent Management Specialist and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed learning and development for various teams, as well as direct support for multiple levels of management. Prior to BRF, Ana gained experience as an IT Consultant at IMS Group and as a Human Resources Assistant at Kids Help Phone.
