Diego Nocetti

Diego Nocetti is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in international law, mergers and acquisitions, and antitrust matters. Currently serving as the Executive Legal Manager at BRF since January 2018, Diego oversees legal operations globally and is responsible for M&A and growth transactions. Previous roles at BRF include Legal Manager positions focused on international markets and M&A, as well as Senior Counsel for various legal matters. At Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional, Diego served as Legal Manager and Senior Legal Counsel, handling complex contracts and regulatory issues. Early career experiences include roles as Associate and Foreign Attorney at prestigious law firms, specializing in litigation, arbitration, and corporate law. Diego holds a Master's degree in International Business Law and a Diploma in International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration from The London School of Economics and has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
